Rent to Buy is also a much better option than an ordinary rental arrangement because the normal tenant is just a visitor that may stay in your property for six to twelve months but they will never look after the property as though it is their own which means that you’ll have an ongoing management job to do and you’ll be responsible for all of the maintenance.
